Your role

　　The Transformation and Change team in the Asset Management division is looking for experienced PMO to:

　　• Support project managers on their project administration responsibilities like planning, reporting, milestone monitoring

　　• Support project managers and subject matter experts to refine and document target operating model adjustments

　　• Provide first level support for project managers, workstreams and group program to dedicated workstream questions/requests

　　• Pro-active tracking / reporting of milestones, actions, issues, risk and cross-portfolio dependencies on workstream level

　　• Assist in the resolution of critical risks and issues across the project portfolio on workstream level

　　• Track project milestones and resource allocation across the project portfolio on workstream level in accordance with the overall delivery plan

　　• Track financial spend / forecasting across the project portfolio on workstream level

　　• Create comprehensive management presentations and reporting packs in line with guidance from project manager, aiming at minimal additional overhead for the workstream leads

　　• Prepare and document the outcome of key committees and meetings (agenda definition, meeting minutes, action lists)

　　Your team

　　You will be working in the Transformation and Change team which forms part of UBS Asset Management's COO function. The team comprises a range of change professionals responsible for delivering strategic business projects, business transformation projects and regulatory change. Our team's role is to help the business adapt to change through our four key focus areas: comprehension of the changes required due to business initiatives & legislation, communication of those changes to our business stakeholders, design of fit for purpose solutions, and delivery of change into the organization.

　　Your expertise

　　You have

　　• At least 2 years of PMO experience with a focus on project management in the financial services industry.

　　• Strong analytical background, attention to detail along with structured organization and planning skills.- Ability to work under pressure and to manage and deliver to deadlines.

　　• Powerpoint and Excel skills a must - Power BI or Tableau experience a plus

　　• Previous experience in project teams and project management office for large scale programs in the banking industry.

　　• Experience with Asset Management, Sustainable Investing, and/or regulatory reporting a strong advantage

　　• Fluent in English both written and spoken, other languages are a plus.
