We are looking welcome a Module Engineering Manager into our Assembly Engineering team. A highly energetic individual with strong technical background to drive engineering solutions and enable new technology transfers.

Responsibilities:
Empowered to lead engineering teams critical resolution of operational needs for the Assembly process and equipment with the module with key focus on safety, Quality, CE, yield, cost and tool utilization. Able to proactively identify, analyze key problems and establish clear solution path.
Work on developing module strategies to circumvent complex issues and establish necessary cross functional structure to deliver exemplary results.
Cultivates and reinforces diverse group values, norms and behaviors. Provides guidance on employee career development and performance.
Creates a challenging and productive work environment towards the goal of manufacturing excellences i.e. driving Lean culture; and drives a one team culture.
Drive and enable new breakthroughs in process and equipment improvements.
Engage and lead team to successfully transfer new technologies and products, meeting factory critical success indicators.
Actively engaged in our Virtual Factory (VF) network, partnering closely with stakeholders from Assembly Technology Development (ATD), Assembly Test Manufacturing (ATM), and other internal partners like manufacturing, product engineering and module engineers.
Qualifications
Possess a Bachelor or a Master of Science degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Chemical and/or other related majors.
Proven strong leadership skill with high technical and analytical skills with strong English verbal and written communication skills.
Possess knowledge of structured problem-solving methods, good understanding of statistical data analysis and techniques, planning and prioritization and developing team members for success.
Have 5 to 10 years of relevant working experience and at least 5 years of experience in high volume manufacturing environments.
