The Department / Team:
This role will be working within Strategy & Operations team for KYC. Our role is to enable the KYC scale effectively. Utilising three underlying squads ( Change & Transformation, People Empowerment and Administrative support).
The Change & Transformation squad is responsible for ensuring that KYC's most strategically significant projects are completeting predictably in terms of time, cost and quality.
The Role / Responsibilities:
This role will be expected to work indepently and run large programmes of work with each project containing up to 20 people.Stakeholder management is critical for success in this role . You will work with a wide variety of stakeholders across all levels of Moody's hierarchy from many different functions. Understanding their personal objectives and aligning them to the project vision is critical.Many projects will be in early stage, resourced by subject matter experts that aren't well versed with change initiatives. Leading the team from ambiguity to clarity through validated goal setting will be keyYou will be expected to quickly get up to speed with complex business processes whilst bringing everyone else on the journey through visualisation ie process maps, whiteboarding sessions, project charters etcYou will have matrixed management responsibilities of our PMO resources and will be expected to support them with RAID analysis and Governance reporting.We have a wide range of tooling available to effectively manage our programmes of work. Programme managers are expected to support in the building of best practices and templates for these tools.A key component for this role is to chair and participate in large, well organised and remote workshops. You are expected to be a proficient collaborator and communicatorYou will have a wide variety of initiatives to work on at any one time, and will need to be able to assess and react to prioritisation changes.Identiying risks and the underlying root cause will be a core focus for our Programme Managers to limit and likely project delays.
Qualifications:
Experience running multi-discipline programmes working with a complex stakeholder groupBusiness analysis experience (specifically root cause analysis, process mapping and value chain analysis)Experience with variety of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall etc.Excellent presenation skills (effectively planning for, designing of materials and delivering)Technology literate candidates would be preferred (no coding experience required but an understanding on concepts would be desirable)Experience working for large corporates would be beneficial.
