The Role / Responsibilities:
The Associate Director - Product Consultant will be responsible for leading/participating in project implementation by providing software installation and configuration assistance to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate/lead in various implementation projects by providing assistance to clients.At all times liaising with the client as well as Moody's teams and partners, focusing not only on the client's requirements but also constraints internally around resourcing, product capabilities and revenue recognition.Conduct Gap Analysis and/or gather requirements for projects, with a focus on master data.Actively participate in enhancing our products suite and knowledge database (e.g. documentation review, feedback on products/project methodology, development of 'how-to' entries, etc.)Manage project timelines, deliveries, resources, and issues/risks.Liaise with Product Managers when necessary (product enhancement requests, defects, etc).Analyse data from clients and information partnersBecome an expert on a big variety of data, from a lot of different data sources
Qualifications:
Undergraduate/first-level degree (e.g. Bachelor's degree) required, preferably in computer science or equivalent+5+ years' experience in a similar role.Strong people and leadership skills.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadline.Excellent analytical skills and persistence in problem solving.Familiarity with database querying languages (e.g., SQL) is a plus.Strong written and oral communication skills

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $129,200 to $187,400, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for a completion bonus. Moody's also offers insurance and a discounted employee stock purchase plan for limited duration employees.
