As a technical business analyst, you'll be the vital link connecting tech enthusiasts and forward-thinking stakeholders. This role demands a unique blend of business acumen and technical expertise to ensure that the needs of both product and technical stakeholders are met.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate across diverse teams, turning business goals into tech specs that power our innovative data storage and search solutions. Bridge the gap between tech experts and business visionaries, ensuring everyone speaks the same language for seamless project execution. Explain complex technical concepts in simple, clear language to non-technical stakeholders, and convey the business needs and constraints to the technical team.Analyze data from different domains to understand patterns and trends. Use these insights to inform system design and improve data storage and search capabilities. Ensure that the design meets the business requirements, is technically feasible, and can be implemented within the project constraints.Champion progress updates, sharing wins, challenges, and solutions with an engaged audience.Create user-friendly tech guides and docs to facilitate smooth system adoption and use.Coordinate with the quality assurance team to plan and execute system testing to ensure our solutions exceed expectations.Offer insights and recommendations to enhance data storage, retrieval, and search functionalities based on industry best practices and emerging technologies
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.5 years of proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or in a similar data-driven role.Expertise in database management, data modeling, and warehousing concepts.Ace communicator who effortlessly translates business needs into tech lingo and vice versa.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.Agile enthusiast with project management tool prowess.A knack for problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Preferred Skills:
