In this role, you will plan, lead, develop and coordinate all activities pertaining to the sale of services and conveyor-related products. This position includes but is not limited to personal and team selling, value-added selling and consultant-level selling and customer service of conveyor services. This position will support other team members in terms of safety, quality, and team building. This position is responsible for a defined geographic or customer-specific area sales. This position works to support the achievement of sales, margin, safety, and quality targets.
This position is responsible for delivering service sales within a specific area/territory. This position reports to Regional Service Sales.
Responsible for achieving sales and margin budget
Implement funnel process to achieve sales budget forecast
Participate in strategic and operative planning, as required
Implement personal selling at the end-user level
Interface to segment, BU or division functions
Ensure existing customers are sold all services and products
Utilize funnel process to identify target new customers
Utilize all resources to convert new customers
Ensure communication to KAM and Regional Segments
Utilize approved process to identify customers and qualify the opportunity by type of service sale
Identify competitors and other market participants
Develop and implement a plan to convert customers
Conduct SWOT analysis on major competitors -- use to convert new business
Uses Sales Force.com as a Customer management tool
Utilize all resources (management, technicians, admin) to maximize customer satisfaction
Solicit and provide customer feedback (positive and negative)
Develop proactive improvement plans for key customers
Encourage customer visits to branch/corporate locations to further develop business relationships
Travel within the Southwest -- 25% of travel

Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 2+ years experience in sales within Mining and or Conveyor Systems or 4+ years of sales within Mining and or Conveyor Systems in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
Lead small projects within the organization
