MAKING LIVES BETTER
What began as an idea between two brothers to open a Mexican restaurant has since grown into one of the largest, privately held Taco Bell franchisees in America. But we didn't get here without lots of grit, hard work and (of course) the right people along the way. We have depth and scale thanks to the culture we embrace and live every day. At Border Foods, we work with a people-first mantra. From cooks to cashiers to restaurant managers and beyond, without good people, we're good for nothing. That's where you come in! Join our family as we continue to learn, evolve, and shape what comes next on our mission of making lives better.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Border Foods is growing more and more every day and we need above and beyond leaders to grow with us. Our Area Coach oversees multiple restaurant locations. They understand the importance of strong partnerships with restaurant managers and how to execute a great operation. This is rooted in excellent financial performance, hiring, training, development, and guest satisfaction in each location. They are culture warriors who effectively motivate, communicate, model, and remove barriers to enable maximum performance of their people and develop solutions that drive their business' results.
