Job Description

　　Successful candidate will be managing project in a transforming and exciting automotive industry. In the course of product development, you will be learning new technologies (Ultra-Wide Band (UWB), Bluetooth) and applying state-of-the-art tools and processes.

　　Job Description:

　　• Project planning, execution and coordination

　　• Leads and coordinates the technical development team

　　• Ensure successful execution of all tasks of product development within the scope of the functional quality, time and cost objectives as agreed with the customer

　　• Prepare and maintain detailed technical project plans in alignment with project manager and engineering disciplines

　　• Support the definition of technical concepts

　　• Coordinate technical quotations by estimating R&D efforts

　　• Monitor and control development milestones, deliverables and resources

　　• Collect, negotiate and maintain technical customer requirements together with the RE and PM

　　• Lead technical risk assessments and implement lessons learned / best practices

　　• Support project status reporting with complete R&D inputs

　　• Act as technical interface towards customers

　　• Ensure successful cooperation with worldwide development and manufacturing centers.

　　• Manage customer expectations for scope, time, and quality and customer satisfaction on R&D.

　　• Responsible for the successful execution of all tasks of product development, design and test within the scope of the functional, quality, time and cost objectives as agreed with the PM

　　• This position reports to the Head of Product Line 3

　　Qualifications

　　Job Requirements:

　　• Bachelor or Masters Degree in Engineering.

　　• At least 5 years working experience, preferred in automotive / consumer electronics

　　industry.

　　• Experience in leading full life-cycle development projects in the field of Electrical Engineering / Software development / System Engineering / System Testing

　　• Knowledge on project management in the areas of design and development.

　　• You are pro-active, self-motivated and a good team player.

　　• Customer-oriented with strong technical, leadership and interpersonal skills.
