What you'll do:

　　Ability to create new/adjacent solutions/services in the IoT space in order to enhance the customer life time value of the products in the Eaton portfolio Act as a technical mentor and expert tech reviewer in domain. Review and approve Architecture/Design proposals based on requirements/statement of work and present to stakeholders/customersContinuously develop and contribute to enhancing the technical capabilities of the teams to provide best in class design in line with present and future business needsInfluencing role in the creation of technology road map based on Product/COE Strategy globally and deploy them within the group and build organization's capabilityCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders , ecosystem partners to enhance the value proposition and quality of the engineering deliverables

　　Qualifications:

　　• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science/Electronics Engineering from an accredited institution required.

　　Skills:

　　Proven 15+ total software industry experience, with focus towards mobile app development with iOS and Android platforms.Strong SW domain expertise and proven track record of creating solution architecture (fit for purpose) for IoT based products

　　Mobile App Architecture:

　　Strong proficiency in mobile app architecture design and development, with focus on performance, security, stability and maintainability.Experience with multiple programming languages, such as Swift, Objective C, Kotlin, Java, and/or React Native.Exeperience with modern deisgn patterns used with mobile application architecture. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Familiarity with cloud services and backend integration for mobile apps.

　　Technical Leadership:

　　Technically, lead a team of mobile developers through reviews, mentoring and technical guidanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers.CI/CD pipeline constructs /architectures for Dev/ML opsTDD and BDD techniquesSW craftsmanship techniques for "clean code" architecturesInnovation Leadership - Is good at bringing the creative ideas of others to market, has good judgment about which creative ideas and suggestions will work, Has a sense about managing the creative process
