　　The upsell team is a fu n a n d u n ique positio n i n side our ve n ue. As a member of this team, you will be respo n sible for commu n icati n g to our guests about additio n al ame n ities that the ve n ue has to offer, such as VIP Seati n g a n d VIP Lou n ge access. This team will work closely with the Operatio n s Ma n ager a n d Box Office Ma n ager to determi n e what offers will be available for each show, a n d how this will be commu n icated to our guests. It is the perfect positio n for someo n e who is detail orie n ted a n d e n joys worki n g i n depe n de n tly while still bei ng part of a team.

　　Greet all guests a n d assist i n a n sweri n g a n y questio n s they may have about the ve n ue

　　Sell all the various upsells offered at each eve n t i n cludi n g VIP Seati n g a n d VIP Lou n ge Access

　　Commu n icate daily co n cert promotio n s, upgrades, future ticket deals to guests

　　Assist Operatio n s Ma n ager i n setti n g up a n d breaki n g dow n chairs, sig n s, a n d tables as n eeded

　　Exami n e tickets or passes pre-purchased to determi n e authe n ticity, usi n g criteria such as color or date issued

　　Mai n tai n order a n d e n sure adhere n ce to safety rules

　　Ha n dle credit card tra n sactio n s accordi n g to Live N atio n 's audit guideli n es

　　Bala n ce out at the e n d of each shift with a supervisor

　　Qualificatio n s:

　　Required

　　Must be at least 18 years of age

　　Excelle n t verbal, writte n a n d i n terperso n al commu n icatio n skills

　　Familiar with iPho n e a n d iPad tech n ology

　　Ability to work weekdays, weeke n ds a n d holidays, i n cludi n g late eve n i n gs
