Seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager who will be responsible for a team of 8-10
people leading the end-to-end accounts receivable process. They will develop and
execute strategy for the function, as well as finding opportunities to optimize processes
and eliminate process inefficiencies. Looking for a leader focused on talent
development.
What you will do:
Perform Accounts Receivables duties in line with the company's credit policies and proceduresIdentify and leads initiatives to improve DSO performance and reduce bad debtProvide guidance and support for sophisticated receivable disputesReview monthly and quarterly balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting packagesParticipate in trainings to engage non-finance teams in finance related compliance and processesParticipate in various finance projects and initiatives to drive improvements in executionSupervise team members to maximize success in achieving team goals for Cash targets, DSO and any other metricsPreparation, approval and communication of all financial reporting materials and metrics for management, statutory, preparation of corresponding monthly, and annually related financial statements Work with Corporate Treasury on the collection process and working capital needsResponsible and accountable to develop and implement finance and accounting procedures in the related area of accounting responsibilitiesWork closely with key partners to drive proper revenue recognition by ensuring that transactions are accurately recorded in accordance with policies in the accurate accounting periodsUnderstands and deploys the best tools / methods to effectively communicate complex topicsDevelops high quality effective presentations (i.e. engaging, motivating, concise, well-prep)Build and maintain appropriate internal controls to ensure 100% SOX complianceOther duties as assigned

Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Years of Experience:
7 years demonstrated ability leading teams or Relevant working experience
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Advanced MS Excel required ( PowerBi or similar is preferred )Possess excellent interpersonal skills that are adaptable to the appropriate level given the audience (presentation, verbal, written)Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve desired resultsCollaborative and positive demeanor with desire to work in a demanding, fast paced, and dynamic work environmentTravel RequirementsLess than 25%
