As our Applications Support Analyst , you will join a tight-knit team of curious, inquisitive, and self-motivated individuals. As a vital member of an on-call rotation, you’ll collaborate closely with a dynamic team, contributing to maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements across various applications. Executing application troubleshooting and taking action to correct problems encountered
Testing, debugging, documenting, installing, and monitoring modified and new programs to meet business and compliance requirements
Using your critical and intuitive thinking to analyze situations, generating multiple options and approaches while considering how the solution may change or impact the organization
Proactively detect issues before the incident happens
Presenting and explaining technical information to diverse audiences in a commonly understood way
To be successful as our Applications Support Analyst , some of the technical skills we look for include:
Knowledge of Unix, Linux, and Windows operating systems
Knowledge of SQL server or Oracle
Knowledge of PowerShell or other scripting languages
Experience troubleshooting, triaging, and being part of a 24x7x365 on-call rotation
Handling tickets independently and knowing who to contact at the right time with the appropriate questions
Analytical, technical and communication skills to build collaborative relationships and determine solutions across groups
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or 4 years of relevant work experience
Some preferred skills include:
Experience in cloud (Kubernetes and Microsoft Azure) and containerization (Docker) technologies
Familiarity with Splunk - looking at Splunk logs, writing Splunk queries and creating dashboards
Familiarity with F5 Big IP
Appropriate level will be determined based upon experience and knowledge.
