Description
We are looking for an experienced Applications Administrator to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
Creating Knowledge Base Articles and Visio Diagrams for common software use, administration, infrastructure mapping, and data flow.
Overseeing SharePoint 2013/Online migration, development, and administration.
Developing SharePoint solutions using native SharePoint resources and Power Suite (PowerApps, Power Automate, PowerBI, and APIs)
Configuring and administrating FreshService ITSM (Incidents, Problems, Change Management, Knowledge Base, Asset Management, Reports, Automation)
Assessing issues or requests and determining the best possible software solutions.
Actively searching for and developing replacements for existing legacy software.
Presenting prospective software solutions to potential recipients for approval.
Assisting in coordinating the release of solutions.
Automating repetitive tasks.
Assisting in DocuSign Administration.
Providing training to users and administrators on newly implemented software and solutions.
