About Application Support (Mobile)

  RESPONSIBILITIES

  Provide technical assistance and support as part of a global 24x7-support organization

  Work closely with engineers and product managers to improve the product and make our customers successful

  Handle change requests and incident tickets for the remaining Infrastructure Teams

  Follow notification and escalation procedures and standards for communications with business involving operational issues

  Identify and document product bugs and feature requests and work with internal support teams as well as customers to implement effective solutions

  REQUIREMENTS

  2-5 years of experience with mobile development (iOS and Android / Flutter / React Native)

  Demonstrated proficiency in any of these languages (Java, JavaScript, Python, Go, Ruby, NodeJS)

  Solid understanding of mobile UI design and best practices, application architecture principles

  Strong understanding of native mobile applications

  Experience building Web Applications/Web Services/APIs and querying Relational Databases (MySQL, Oracle, DB2, Microsoft SQL)
