Job Description:
General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) has opportunities for motivated, customer service-oriented professionals to support the implementation of U.S. EPA’s Office of Water’s Safe Drinking Water data reporting system.
RESPONSIBILITIES DUTIES
Provide day-to-day support for Safe Drinking Water applications
Communicate and work with primacy agencies to resolve technical issues and data quality/reporting issues
Work closely with all other stakeholders to resolve issues
Work with system engineers to report and fix issues
Troubleshoot and escalate issues
Research and analyze technical and policy issues
Develop technical documentation and perform project planning to support
Analyzes user needs
Resolve advanced technical problems
Diagnose, identify, isolate, and analyze problems utilizing historical documentation
Maintain and update records and tracking databases
Assist in the development of best practices and training materials
Document issues, resolutions, lessons learned
Familiarity with AWS tools and reporting
QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS

You MUST have:
EDUCATION: High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of related experience, or Associate’s degree with 8 years of experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of experience.
SECURITY LEVEL CLEARANCE: Ability to obtain and maintain public trust clearance.

The likely salary range for this position is $52,603 - $87,859. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
