Responsibilities:
· Provide onsite clinical applications' training to user’sequipment in MR modality area.
· Provide ongoing applications support as the customer’strusted advisor throughout the equipment lifecycle to achieve customer’s desiredoutcomes
· Maintaining satisfactory after-sale relationships anddevelopment of long-term customer relationships coupled with the ability toidentify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy customerneeds.
· Continuously develop and improve a network of key opinionleaders within the MR customers.
· Show the outstanding differentiators that are in theconfiguration of the system sold based on customer's clinical needs.
· Support Trade show/Workshops/show sites/Customer visits.
· Adopt the digital transformation of application trainings asper company trend and implement the blended training.
· Supporting the sales team with technical/clinical expertiseif required.
Required Experience:
· Graduate of higher education with studies in the field of medicine,bioengineering, medical physics or graduate nurse programs are an advantage
· Demonstrated experience scanning on Siemens MRI systems isan advantage.
· Minimum 3-5 years of MR technical/clinical experience.
· Deep understanding of MR clinical education training andassociated process implementation.
· Good communication and presentation skills.
· Deep knowledge of MRI Physics (MRI process, sequences,parameters of sequence and how these can influence the image contrast, qualityor acquisition time), artifacts, semiology of MR signal
· Required to travel up to 40% within the country via all availablemodes of transportation.
· Advanced English
· Excellent social skills including, team working skills andgood interpersonal skills.
· Proficient use of software applications such as Outlook,Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
· Self-motivated, willingness to take the initiative and toimprove.
· Willingness to be flexible/adapt to changing workenvironments.
· Driver’s license
Develop training plans and manage the training process forRadiologists, physicists, and technologists to ensure technical competence andproper operation of Siemens MRI equipment. Consult with department staffregarding best practices such as workflow, image acquisition, protocoloptimization, and image quality. Drive customer satisfaction for Siemens MRIproducts.
