　　We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Application Security Engineering Senior Manager to lead our Application Security team and drive the implementation of a robust Application Security strategy. In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Software Security and take on the responsibility of managing a team of talented application security engineers. The successful candidate will not only possess a deep understanding of application security but also demonstrate strong leadership skills to guide the team in achieving its goals.

　　Manage and lead a bleeding edge security engineering team which enables the agile development of secure and reliable applications and products. Lead conversations to remove blockers and foster collaboration across teams Collaborate with various cross-functional software security teams to enhance and unify our overarching security engineering culture. Translate overarching strategic goals into actionable and detailed plans that can be readily implemented by engineers. Demonstrate security leadership across the organization. Collaborate with technology stakeholders to establish metrics that demonstrate security proficiency across all major technology teams. Shape and enact standards and baselines for uplifting application security. Under your guidance, supervise the development and implementation of security tools seamlessly integrated into the Secure Development Lifecycle. Steer the establishment of metrics that showcase proficiency in application security. Collaborate with development and operations teams to develop the standards for application security. Other duties as required.

　　What we're looking for in our next teammate

　　Proficient experience in software development (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or Java). Strong experience with managing programs and projects via tools like Jira Transform strategic objectives into actionable programs of work, empowering engineers to execute effectively and drive successful outcomes. Proficient in executing programs related to Software Composition Analysis, Static Analysis Scanning Tools, and Secrets Management. Experience with automation tools such as Terraform, Puppet, Chef, Salt, Ansible, or CloudFormation. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based infrastructure, preferably AWS. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
