As Application Engineer, Mobile Robotics, you will serve as the product technical expert and project deployment lead for AMR Forklift Projects in Robotics and Discrete Automation in Auburn Hills, Michigan. Be the Technical Expert of the ABB AMR Forklift portfolio, with deep knowledge of the programming and limitations of the vehicles.Performs load analyse, audit layouts, and program paths and missions for Forklift AMR projects.Support programming of active projects, leading the implementation with a team of technicians.Support customer service troubleshooting related inquiries.Work closely with the aftersales team to help share knowledge and troubleshoot issues of programs already implemented.Travel to customer sites to troubleshoot, debug, and make modifications as neededAssess and document risks associated with the customer site and deployment of AMRs.Advises Sales and the AMR Proposal Manager on project viability based on associated risksYour background
