We're looking for a Application Engineer - Lighting Controls to join our Operations Team in Pampisford Cambridge.

　　 What you'll do

　　You will have good team working skills, be proactive and organised. You'll need to have good attention to detail, even under pressure. Have a keen interest in delivering systems, forming customer relationships and providing customer support.

　　Working as part of the customer operations group helping to plan, install and commission new systems and assisting customers with the use of the systemWith a wide range of responsibilities including different engineering disciplines from radio system deployment to database and web software supportOpportunities to work with our customers, to train them on the benefits and operation of the Telensa lighting control systemDelivering excellent customer experience by being responsive and when questions and tickets are raisedUsing LEAN and process improvement methodologies to deliver an efficient service to our customersMonitoring the performance of new and existing networksIncident, Problem, and Change management including ticket performance and related KPIsSuccessful release of new products & software releases to market Your qualifications Linux system administrationSQL to an intermediate or advanced levelDatabase and web-based systems (Firebird, Apache)Software operations and use of CMS toolsPrevious experience of working within a similar role or environment and have prior experience of working with AWS and Linux OS.Telecoms or Radio systems design, planning or deploymentOur candidate profile is just a guide.
