　　-Knowledge of CAD(Solidworks), FEM, VAE methods.

　　-Products, systems and technologies(design).

　　-Intermediate English language skills.

　　-Local language & culture (intercultural sensitivity).

　　-Problem solving and decision making tools and techniques.

　　-Communication techniques (incl. presentation, change management, negotiation and conflict resolution techniques).
