The Application Analyst is responsible for providing product support directly to external Broadridge clients using the Dataphile platform. The Application Analyst will investigate research, document, respond, and provide timely status and resolution to all incoming inquiries and BSG - Track remedy ticket submissions. The Application Analyst is expected to be able to communicate and team effectively with personnel in the Product and Development Departments as needed in the course of resolving issues or having development requests entered.
The Application Analyst will also be expected to participate in special projects and initiatives, such as conversions, new product rollouts, statement processes, and training efforts for clients. In addition, the Application Analyst is expected to seek out the guidance of their manager, or a Senior Application Analyst when an impasse is reached on researching individual customer product issues and queries.
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide direct application support on all Dataphile client reported inquiries, questions, and reported issues.Work closely as a member of the Client Support team to provide expertise and understanding by answering and resolving daily inquiries from clients on assigned Dataphile platform application in a timely manner.Assist clients by researching system problems and finding practical solutions to meet their requirements.Work effectively in a team environment and provide assistance as directed in resolution of production issues impacting clients.Work as a resource supporting the Client Support Team for: research and trouble shooting.Determine appropriate action to resolve the issue and forward recommendations both internally as well as to the clients for response.Assist with configuration, statement processes and other assigned tasks as needed.Provide internal and external training support on the assigned Dataphile products. Help with implementation of the Dataphile products to clients.Work, document and complete accurately, within the designated timeframes, projects and tickets which have been assigned.MINIMUM SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS:
