　　Position Summary:

　　The APAC Quality Manager will be providing leadership and support to all Asia facilities to maintain high level of Quality. Ensuring our facilities are complying with both internal and external audit requirements.

　　We are looking for a strong and know legible candidate to execute and support interactions between Arrow Sales, Customers, and Suppliers in order to develop and provide solutions as it pertains to Quality.

　　Audits activities and items to report on compliance with both company quality assurance standards and applicable ISO guidelines and government regulations.

　　What You'll Be Doing:

　　Lead Continues Process and Quality Improvement, ensuring adherence to standards, regulations, specifications and best practicesOversee the Certification Management in all Asia facilitiesLead regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvementSupport and Provide guidance to local warehouse team/business teams on quality related procedures and methodologies.Support on vendor evaluationsSupport the problem solving on quality issues in warehouse operationsBuild standards and provide on-job training.Other duties as assigned based on business needs.

　　What We Are Looking For

　　Completion in Quality related or Engineering Degree5 years of above related regional experiencesISO 9001/ISO 14001 Lead Auditor and TAPA certified auditor considered a great assetASQ Six Sigma Qualification considered a great assetExcellent communication and facilitation skills, experience to work with external quality auditors. Communicate in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.Work independently with can -do spirit, ability to multi-tasking
