APAC Key Account Manager, KCP
Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
• Work to drive a consistent customer experience with global platforms and scale across geographies, linking strong negotiated contracts into End-User sites.
• Establish sound relationships Top to Top by region to help drive opportunities and collaboration including Face to Face & Digital Customer engagements, mill visits, & Top to Tops to champion shared objectives and to monitor the execution of strong JBP's & End-User/Multi-Site pipeline development
• Provide written plans to select and penetrate target account headquarters by key market segment. Develop, implement, and monitor plans and programs to achieve Segment, Global and Regional objectives.
• Lead relevant RFP's to negotiate superior supplier status with key customers, renew existing contracts with continuous improvement & value, drive mix & innovation.
• Work & influence to progress priorities through via excellence in stakeholder management to provide direction, coordinate, monitor, and deliver results from GKA Plans to conversion of locations into the Regions, engaging with LAO Leaders, Global Key account team, Category, Regional & Local Account Teams, Sustainability Team, GMs, CX/Marketing, Digital Sales.
• Establish and maintain highly effective business partnerships, end to end, including Distribution, focusing on Global & Regional Account success with joint business plans, joint target accounts and strategies to accelerate account growth.
• Establish, maintain, audit, and review regional purchasing programs for large multi-location end users at the corporate headquarters level to improve penetration of these accounts at the local user level with the goal being 100% compliance through your superior management of Selling Cohorts.
• Contribute to the betterment of KCP & our Customers by driving high engagement in myVOICE & NPS/CES scoring
Key Skills & Experience
Track record of high performance5-10 years of B2B functional experience in sales and some experience in marketingBroad business perspective across customer/segment/category/competitive trendsStrong commercial acumen & sound project management skills to deliver key priorities quicklyDemonstrated ability to think strategically and proactively with exceptional planning & organizational skillsBroad knowledge of informal networks and organizational dynamics - must have proven success working in a matrix collaboratively to drive outcomes neededStrong communication, negotiation, and influencing skillsAbility to implement broad change across a global organization through clarity of message, empathetic relationship building and influence, with an understanding of cultural/ regional nuances
