*What you can expect after successful completing the program: *
Become part of Market Controlling team based in PJ
Deep involvement into monthly Forecast process and annual preparation of Budget and Strategy files
Analysis on profitability and Period expenses
Explanation of financial aspects of current business, existing financial risk & opportunities
Independent coordination with BA Controlling, Finance & Accounting for work scope
Stakeholder support in all kinds of financial aspects, e.g. cost centre reviews, authorisation limits, controlling countersignature approvals, etc.
Support to prepare Management presentations
To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:
University degree (Bachelor or Master) with majors in business, international management, or relative fields.
Around 1-3 years of relevant working experience within/ out of Continental
International mindset and appreciates multicultural working environments.
Highly committed, hardworking and consistently self-disciplined.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, open minded, ability to learn new skills quickly, and possess high levels of self-motivation.
Fluent in English
