Job Description
A telecom client in Boulder, CO is looking for an experienced AP Analyst to join their team! We're looking to highly organized individuals with attention to detail who will be responsible for centralized billing and transactional functions, , creating invoices and creation of new processes to reduce revenue loss, resolving PO exceptions, stop pay/voiding checks, resolving escalated help desk tickets and proactive vendor bill reconciliation audits. Applicants should have at minimum two years working in an established AP environment, strong communication skills and attention to detail. Individuals should have a desire to grow in their role, take on added responsibilities and improve the overall AP environment.
Skills and Requirements
-2+ years of AP experience in an established AP environment
-Proficient with Excel including v-lookups and pivot tables
-Proven track record of following up on invoice
-Experience with customer service/customer outreach -Experience with Dynamics 365
-Experience with Concur null
