Broadridge is seeking an experienced Team Lead to join our Board Reporting Operations leadership team. This role will be responsible for leading the operations of our Assessment of Value team of professionals based in Gdansk, Poland.
The Team Lead is expected to have oversight of the team, assist in leading training, monitor projects (reporting)/other deliverables, undertake one-to-ones and career development/annual reviews. They will also be hands-on in the execution of the reporting-undertaking a sub-set of tasks required in the end-to-end process and efficiently delegating/distributing other tasks amongst the team-to ensure successful completion of the overall project. This person will be be responsible for the administrative management, performance, quality and output of the team.
General responsibilities:Responsible for supervising a portion of the Fiduciary Services Specialists/Analysts in Gdansk, Poland.Fully understand the end-to-end process for any given project/client-and depending on complexity-undertake a sub-set of tasks required in the end-to-end process and efficiently delegating/distributing other tasks amongst the team-to ensure successful completion of the overall project.Implement and explain Broadridge's Assessment of Value/ Value for Money methodology to both internal and external stakeholders.Support functions to meet any Client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Contribute to increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the team through continual improvement and challenge.Manage line reports and responsible for HR initiatives / issues - including reviews, target / objective setting and career progression.Develop and maintain effective succession planning, resource planning and retention strategies in conjunction with HR and management.Responsible for FSS/FSA training and coaching.Assist with implementation of new report formats.Provide staff performance appraisal input.Perform other duties, as assigned.Key competencies:Strong leadership skills, able to engage and motivate peopleStrong, clear communication (oral and written)Strong organizational and planning, project management skillsCritical thinking and problem solving skillsFlexible approach to workRequired Qualifications and Experience:Minimum three years experience in mutual funds industryLeadership and workload distribution experience requiredProven successful project management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to combine information from various sourcesExcel, Word, PowerPoint, and advanced presentation toolsMust exhibit a proven ability to create and implement new ideasExperience with presentations to small- to medium-sized groups#LI-Hybrid
