Job Description
Your tasks will include the following activities:
Taking an active role in enhancing and continuously improving Continental's compliance program especially with respect to antitrust complianceIdentify potential for improvement of the (antitrust) compliance program through active communication with the RegionsContinuously improving the association activities concept; be the point of contact for questions from all stakeholdersContinuously improving the global antitrust risk assessment, be a point of contact for antitrust-related questions from all stakeholdersDrafting, reviewing and updating group policies and guidelines on antitrustSteering rollouts of global antitrust initiativesDeveloping content for antitrust trainings and other preventative measures in close alignment with the IL AcademyProviding antitrust trainings to all Continental business areas and group functionsDrafting and rolling out other mitigation measuressuch as internal controls and monitoringSteering lessons-learned projects and continuously adapting antitrust CMS efficiencyActively keeping up to date with regulatory changes, best practices, industry and compliance trendsDeveloping and maintaining a concept for knowledge sharing with respect to antitrust, ensuring material is relevant and up to dateResponding to third party external audits of Continental's compliance programAdditional Information

QualificationsAcademic degree in Law or comparable qualificationProfessional experience in antitrust law/compliance in an international company, law firm or auditing firm preferredVery good handling of Microsoft Office softwareBusiness fluent English language skills (written and spoken); other language skills preferredStrong verbal and written communication skills and a strong team player mentalityStrong intercultural competenceIndependent working styleWillingness to travelApplications from severely handicapped people are welcome.
