As a Analyst/Senior Analyst, Pricing Analytics & Systems, you will be responsible for working with Sales and Engineering teams to understand Operational requirements, build cost models and recommend profitable pricing structures for new and existing customers. What you'll do on a typical day:
Enhance analytic capabilities within the pricing organization by centralizing disparate data sources and making it accessible for business users
Deliver system enhancements, business analytics, and process improvements to support Pricing & Finance organization initiatives
Document's requirements, establishes scope, objectives, and determines strategy for key strategic initiatives
Develop reporting and dashboards to track pricing and revenue performance
Perform ad hoc analysis and makes recommendations in support of profit maximization
Work with cross-functional teams to provide pricing support
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Master's Degree (Finance/Commerce), Engineering Degree (BE/B.Tech), BCA/MCA
6 + year of prior experience working for Pricing Analytics
Excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task
Should be familiar with SharePoint, Power BI, Salesforce, Oracle, Smartsheets etc.
Ability to work independently
Ability to learn new software
Ability to analyse data to determine root cause
Effective communication skills; phone etiquette, vocabulary, written communications
Ability to prioritize work toward department and company goals
Ability to work in a team environment with shared responsibilities
