Are you looking to expand your change management, marketing and design skills? We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about the client experience and looking to impact people, processes and technology driving awareness and adoption both internally and externally! The ideal candidate has design skills, a basic understanding of change management principles, and experience executing marketing and communications projects.
About Client Experience
Our mission within the Client Experience (CX) organization is to make it easier for clients to do business with BlackRock, making service so simple it becomes a source of alpha. We are organized across 4 key pillars:
Client Experience Delivery- client-facing teams orchestrating all aspects of service delivery, and onboarding teams bringing new business onto our platform, Wealth- differentiated capability for both Whole Portfolio and Wealth clients & products, respectively, Client Experience Operations- core client operations teams driving reporting, billing, and onboarding due diligence across the globe, and Client Experience Transformation- accelerating progress towards our CX mission via research and competitive insights, analytics, marketing, business and change management.
The Change Management role will sit within CX Transformation and will help us bring to life our transformation strategy impacting the broader Client Experience organization. That means working collaboratively with product owners, various program/workstream leads, and impacted internal parties like client business/sales/service/investment teams to deliver client and employee-oriented solutions using marketing, change management and communications skills.
Key responsibilities:
Design, build and complete tailored change management strategies and communications (emails, newsletters, one, guides, and Power-Points) to various audiences to highlight how transformation solutions address client experience needs or tell the story of an organization
Work cross-functionally to identify needs and provide solutions based on change management principles
Use your creative design & storytelling talents and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, Sketch, Stensul, etc. to bring concepts and messages to life through presentation materials, proposals, marketing materials and customized templates for partners at all levels - both internally and externally
Support development of external marketing strategy to raise client & market awareness and adoption of CX solutions
Design product marketing materials for external and internal use such as brochures, flyers, emails, PowerPoint decks, videos, and more
Bring new ideas to the table for design trends, infographics, photography, and new ways of improving the creative output.
Requirements:
2+ years experience in marketing, product marketing, change management consulting or internal communications work supporting large enterprise programs across people/process/tech
Pro-active, self-starter with ability to organize, prioritize and execute multiple projects across multiple stakeholders simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
Ability to build relationships with a variety of partners and stakeholders across various teams; Must be a great teammate and able to work collaboratively with and through others
Proficient user of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, etc.
Strong design and communication skills (with a high emphasis on written communication) and visual storytelling
Consider yourself a PowerPoint 'wiz' and enjoy using PowerPoint to craft a story that is visually appealing
Experience with standard email platforms such as Populo, Eloqua and Stensul are a plus

Our hybrid work model
