As part of the Transcatheter Heart Valve team, the Analyst, Sales Strategy & Operations is a unique opportunity to support our national field sales team, as well as the broader THV organization. Working cross-functionally, you will leverage information relating to contracts, rebates, pricing, sales, and market trends (and much more) to partner with our sales organization in improving patient access to lifesaving technologies. We need your strategic mindset, exceptional talents, and creativity to scale the insights and solutions we deliver to the broader business.
What you'll be doing:
Maintaining up-to-date and accurate sales results and other key metrics/case outcomes in all applicable reporting systems
Ensuring the monitoring of data integrity on sales dashboards
Providing user support to the field for sales tools
Responding to inquiries and requests from field sales team; providing basic user training
Identifying opportunities for innovations in sales tools, presenting recommendations, and developing specifications for approved tools
Generating standardized reports on sales information to track attainment of growth objectives, e.g., sales results, historical growth, market growth trends, budget variance, sales exceptions, and product use
Assessing sales achievement and other key metrics case outcomes by integrating and blending quantitative and qualitative data from a variety of sources to perform complex analyses.
Interpreting analyses, drawing conclusions, and preparing and facilitating presentations on findings on trends (e.g., sales growth, market trends) to sales management and internal stakeholder team
Analyzing variables and developing models on different strategic deliverables which may include annual management process cycle
Interviewing and surveying sales team to investigate and identify best practices and business trends to provide guidance on as part of strategic decisions
Contributing to the development of strategic and tactical input into the development of customer agreements/contracts (e.g., pricing, consignments, new technology introductions, increasing par levels), and interacting with customers to address customer contractual concerns.

What you'll bring (Required):
Bachelor's Degree in related field of study
Minimum of 3 years previous analytical experience including but not limited to spreadsheets, database management systems, and data analytics.

Ability to quantify abstract conceptual data into concrete analysis
Knowledge and understanding of analytics and sales strategies
Good knowledge of business acumen and understanding of relational databases
Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control

For California, the base pay range for this position is $69,000 to $97,000 (highly experienced). The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
