  Job Description The Sales Excellence Analyst will help client-facing teams achieve growth targets by identifying and solving issues that face the client facing teams. The successful candidate needs to have a strategic mindset, while driving process efficiencies and sharing best practices amongst teams. The role involves championing CRM optimization, managing the integrity of data, managing multiple projects & providing insights based on analysis of trends. The role is based in Dubai reporting into VP, Head of Sales Excellence, CEMEA. 

  Key Responsibilities:

  Champion CRM optimization and decision-making through continued roll-out and implementation of Visa’s sales methodology in conjunction with the Sales and cross functional teams.Manage integrity of the data within Dynamics to ensure meaningful conversations at all levels in the organization.Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proactively diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve problems.Provide insights and strategic action plan based on analysis of trends to drive better business outcomes.Manage the Knowledge Management tool agenda to enable rapid adoption.Share best practices amongst teams. This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

  Qualifications Experience and knowledge of analytics tools like Power BI or TableauBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related fieldExperience in handling projects with multiple work streams and coordinating complex cross-enterprise processesExperience with process re-engineering and implementations preferredExperience across multiple countries and culturesExperience working in a consulting firm, or payments industry is a plus Additional Information Visa is an EEO Employer.
