  Job Responsibilities:

  Accurately process payments and posting entries on expenses in a timely manner and in accordance with IRAS regulations, internal policies and guidelines.

  Cost allocation [charge out to all divisions] and submit payment instruction

  Preparation of expense entries and reports for sub-branches

  Preparation of monthly expense reports and reconciliation

  Preparation and reconciliation of funds received

  Data maintenance

  Yearly Security Deposit Confirmation

  Intercompany Billing

  Attend / advise business units' queries pertaining to payment processing

  Adhere to all company policies / guidelines

  Update manual guide and procedure

  Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned

  Job Requirements:

  Degree in Accountancy in related fields with at least 1 year of accounting experience or Diploma in Accounting or in any related fields with at least 5 years of accounting work experience in payment processing, staff reimbursement, accounts payable and receivable

  Accounting experience in payments and preparation of reports and reconciliation

  Experience in Excel including Pivot Table, VLOOKUP

  Knowledge and working experience in IRAS regulations

  Ability to work independently as well as in a team

  Display pro-activeness, maturity, be hands-on and meticulous

  Candidates with prior accounting internship experience may also be considered.
