　　We are looking for an Analyst Materials who will be responsible to Drive Improvements in Materials processes.

　　You'll be part of the Signify Supply chain and its responsibilities are Invoice management support so Problem Solving, taking ownership, Accountability, Drive for results must be in your DNA.

　　What you'll doAdvanced Functional knowledge of Materials management.Strong Working Knowledge in ERP Systems SAP/Oracle/SAP Analytics Cloud/Analysis for Office-preferably SAP/Analysis for office is required.Should be well versed with sound knowledge in Invoice on hold management.Hands on experience in Invoice on hold activities like MRBR and GRIR.Able to provide timely resolution on invoices.Proficient skills level in Advance MS Excel knowledge (VBA coding/automation skills can be an added advantage).Lead projects and act as point of contact for multiple sites/customers.Strong collaboration with Pune & onsite planning team on day-to-day basis to meet/exceed business expectations.Knowledge of Improvement tools - Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean practice etc.Collaborating with the different internal functions to understand the requirement.Develop & deploy functional improvement strategies by LEAN initiatives & implementing best practices.Demonstrated ability to manage time and multi-tasking approach to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.Customer centric approach to identify & fulfill needs of customer requirements.Meets defined SLA and KPI's on performance and quality in given TAT.Flexible to work in US shifts.What you'll needBachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred with 4-6 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Reporting and Analytics.Strong system proficiency in both MS Office, SAP, SAP-Analysis for Office.Excellent written, verbal communication and learning ability skills.Decision Making and Problem SolvingSelf-driven, able to work efficiently in a team environment.Time / Priority Management, Presentation SkillsEffective Collaboration & Cross-Cultural TeamworkExperience in working with global customers & suppliers.
