We are seeking an Analyst, Material Planning to join our team in Redmond, Washington. You will be a part of our Scheduling and Material Planning team which networks across all departments and plays a key role from proposal to product delivery. We are looking for a highly analytical, self-motivated, and organized individual. Candidates will work in a dynamic position with a diverse product portfolio. Schedule shift is flexible to potentially accommodate 2nd shift/ swing shift. This position would work on a 4/10 schedule Monday-Thursday.

Essential Functions
Working under general supervision:
40% - Responsible for establishing, maintaining and providing a detailed scheduling context and analysis to production and support areas. Responsible for development and alignment on recovery plans or options.
30% - Analysis of WIP Activities and maintains accurate order completion dates and responsible for the status and up to date context of all production activities. Key contributor to the production readiness activities.
20% - Assist the Master Scheduler in MPS activity and the development of visual management scheduling tools to ensure proper tracking of key deliverables to plan.
10% - Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline and three (3) years of experience in a directly related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional Requirements:
Analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-function/cross-site teams.
Operations, Scheduling, and Engineering Value Stream experience or demonstrated willingness to learn.
MS Office
Desired Qualifications:
Prior Oracle/Delmia/Windchill experience.
Demonstrated Lean experience or certification.
Willingness to learn Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) such as Delmia, ASCP, Oracle Enterprise Business Suite, etc.
Requires U.S. Citizenship or status as a U.S. Person. Must be able to satisfy federal government requirements for access to government information, and having dual citizenship may preclude you from being able to meet this requirement.
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $54,500 MIN - $101,500 MAX. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
