This role includes leading daily calls with APJ supply chain and fulfillment, daily executive reporting for shortages, escalationmanagement, executive Software & Peripherals Customer Experience metric reporting, shortage mitigation, lead-time improvement in coordination with global supply chain. Key performance indicators for the role includes POI, ship to commit, overdue orders and cycle time.
Recognizes and acts on inconsistencies on key indicators such as POI, Ship To Commit, Overdues and Cycle time results and escalates unusual problemsWorks on assignments where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making choices, recommendations, or decisions networking with Procurement, Marketing, Sales and LogisticsMay set project timeframes and priorities based on project objectives and ongoing assignments aligned with the organizations strategic planManage APJ, internal customer experience and daily operation task
Essential Requirements
Knowledge about supply chain, Import and Export, Inventory / Demand Planning, Partner/Distributor Management, order processing, sales and/or sales support related fieldExcellent communication skills, analytical capabilities, data analysis, time management skills and professional attitude are requiredAble to multitask in a fast paced environment and exercise a high degree of initiative in resolving issues and developing process recommendations.
Desirable Requirements
Bachelor's Degree completed or in progress in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or relatedKnowledge of Customer Focus and Problem solvingKnowledge of finish goods and import businessProficiency in English, Mandarin & Korea(optional)Hands on experience with tool enhancement requirements, Process Improvement UAT and cross functional projectsTechnical knowledge on reporting and analytics (Power BI; Tableau, Excel).
