　　The Analyst III is a professional role that will work closely with the greater Benefits and Payroll Solutions Team to maintain and improve capabilities related to data access, automation, analysis, and visualization. This individual will be proficient in using technology tools such as Excel to analyze data and create visuals that allow leaders to gain insights and make key business decisions. The role requires a motivated problem-solver who is constantly innovating and learning new skills while engaging with stakeholders across the business to meet shared objectives.

　　 Responsibilities

　　Dissect and summarize information with visually compelling methods, applying business judgment and relevant industry insights. Works comfortably with large and complex datasets that span multiple areas of the organization. Partner with Financial Services, Digital Transformation & Technology, and outside partners to support work and execute movement of proprietary data sets into the data lake. Prioritize and respond to incoming ad-hoc analyses requests. Maintain a solid understanding of the Chick-fil-A suite of technology tools (ThoughtSpot, Alteryx, Tableau, AWS)

　　 Minimum Qualifications

　　Strong critical thinking skills Fast learner with a desire to gain new and improve existing analytic skills Demonstrated analytical and data modeling skills Applied knowledge of basic statistical concepts and data best practices Demonstrated ability to produce scalable and repeatable analytic processes Proficiency and expertise in Microsoft Excel Some skills in the use of SQL Some experience in the use of data visualization tools (Tableau, Thoughtspot, etc)

　　Knowledge of Chick-fil-A's current suite of tools including Excel, Tableau, ThoughtSpot, and Alteryx Knowledge of SQL programming Some financial acumen and analytical agility
