Position Summary...

What you'll do...

As part of Walmart's eCommerce organization, you will be helping build the future of omni-channel retail. The mission of the Search team within is to help customers find and buy the right products from our expanding selection of inventory across stores, Walmart fulfillment and marketplace sellers.

About the role:

In this role, you will be an essential part of the business team, helping to prioritize, design and build the Walmart online search experience. You will collaborate and develop partnerships with multiple stakeholders across the business such as Operations, Merchandising, Product, Engineering, and others to identify opportunities, solve problems and developing new propositions that drive value for our customers. We operate in a very dynamic and agile environment. You need to be very comfortable in working through ambiguity and be ready to roll up your sleeves to execute.

What You'll do

Provide triage support for incoming search opportunities across multiple channels and multiple stakeholders.

Build strong partnerships across Product, Engineering, Data Scientist to identify route cause of internal external escalations.

Communicate across stakeholders to close the loop on challenges, ensuring elevation of re-occurring issues to key search leaders.

Lead with customer centric mindset, ensuring solutions are driven with understanding of customer needs.

Enlist help when needed, ensuring alignment across 4itb when decisions are made.

Understanding of Search priorities roadmaps to drive clear communication and decision making.

Support large product, brand and holiday launches.

Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Management, Tech or related discipline or equivalent experience in Business, Product Management, Tech or related fieldPreferred Qualification:

2+ years of Retail Ecommerce, Search Product or Tech experience preferred

Strong knowledge of Walmart Catalog, Merchandising, and/or Operations preferred

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms.

The annual salary range for this position is $91,000.00-$169,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
