Each year, CarMax Auto Finance (CAF) helps CarMax customers with vehicle financing and optional protection products. We strive for a simple and seamless experience by offering fast, on-site financing, competitive terms, and convenient payment methods. CarMax Auto Finance (CAF) is seeking an Analyst II to be a part of our growing organization. This role is responsible for maintaining a key understanding of business metrics, assessing data trends and making business recommendations based upon the data analysis.
What you will do
Perform analysis, testing, and implementation of servicing or credit product strategies and structure enhancements using a combination of statistical and database tools to obtain, test and analyze the data and processesBased upon analyses, identify ways of improving and optimizing the servicing, credit, originations and/or business processes and value from both the business and customer perspectivesDesign and create reporting for the Credit/Risk Management team on metrics such as portfolio performance, originations, bookings, and sales trends; maintain and enhance these reports as neededProvide information and updates to CarMax Auto Finance and CarMax Senior Management teams to discuss key performance and assessments in areas of responsibilityAdhere strictly to compliance and operational risk controls in accordance with company and regulatory standards, policies, and practices

Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required; degree in an analytical/mathematical major preferred0-3 years of experience in an analytical roleStrong technical ability to access, manipulate, and interpret data and processesProficiency with computers, general software, Excel and PowerPoint are required
