Job Description:
Responsible for GCGF Intake tool development, management, enabling GCGF Ops access to necessary reporting, and all supporting documentation. Interface with Front Line Units, stakeholders, control partners, use case requesters, Third Party managers, application managers to provide guidance thru the GCGF process
Responsibilities
Provide user Training on GCGF Intake System and GCGF ProcessGCGF Knowledge Center (GCF Intake help) sharepoint ownership and maintenanceGCGF Scoping Request sharepoint ownership and maintenanceDistribution Group management for automated email notificationsGCGF Intake project & process managementGCGF Intake system and sharepoint documentation, including Standard Operating ProceduresAssist with Audit remediation, as requiredPartner with teams across technology and the enterprise to complete GCGF use casesDetermine and deliver communication/training for partners (i.e., Office Hours, GCGF Inbox)Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
Education: B.E. / B. Tech/M.E. /M. Tech/B.Sc./M.Sc./BCA/MCA (prefer IT/CS specialization)Certifications, If AnyExperience Range: 4-6yrs
Foundation skill

Desired Skills
