Job Summary:
The HR Technology Analyst specializing in HRIS, will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of HR data within our organization. This role will be responsible for maintaining the Successfactors system analyzing Data and generating Basic reports to support various HR functions and business decision-making. The expertise in HR data management and analytics will help drive data-driven insights to enhance HR operations and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Maintain the integrity of HR data within our HR systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency Review Workflow requests and raise potential System issues to the Senior Analyst or Lead of Data ManagementCoordinate with various HR teams to identify data requirements and review data governance guidelines.Maintain data and have basic understanding of data models to ensure optimal data organization and accessibility to End-Users.Assist the Data Management Lead/Manager in System maintenance and troubleshooting Assist in UAT related scenarios for Data Management if neededMonitor and audit HR data for inconsistencies, errors, and anomalies, and take corrective actions as necessary.Conduct regular data analysis to be used to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support HR and business decision-making.Recommend changes to current processes to provide more effective use of the HRIS and take the lead as a project manager to implement these changesAct as primary contact for daily technical Back-End HR User supportPerform other functions as may be assigned by the immediate manager from time-to-time.
Qualifications:
Preferred experience in HR data management, data governance, and data analysis, preferably within an HRIS environment.Preferred understanding of HR processes, policies, and regulations, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective data solutions.Preferred experience in HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM) and data management tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).Basic analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Preferred communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement mindset, always seeking ways to enhance data management processes and drive efficiency.Willing to work Shifting Schedules (Day, mid and Night)Preferred years of Experience - 1 year
