Job Description About This Role
You will be part of the GBS Customer&Market Insights (CMI) team. The team is supporting regional processes and projects with a special focus on enhancing and improving the regional analytical capabilities and the automation of processes that will help the regional team to enhance and improve their insight generation. The overall mission is to create integrated strategic insights and robust analytical tools that can easily measure business performance.
What You’ll Do
Execute market volume and patient calculations, ensuring data integration from external sources.Analyze country data for gaps, maintain mapping tables, and ensure timely uploads for accurate calculations.Proactively automate processes for minimal errors and create insightful reports and dashboards for regional teams.Leverage analytics expertise to enhance and automate tools for faster insights and benchmarking.Act as a consultant to identify and optimize nonproductive processes.Collaborate with internal and external partners for continuous improvement initiatives.Lead or support regional/global projects, demonstrating project management skills.• Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.Use standardized tools and methodologies for regional analysis and forecasting.Proactively recommend and create tools, seeking innovative ways of analysis to support decision-making. Who You Are
You are a data enthusiast, with a great deal of knowledge about analyzing big data sets and converting them into actionable insights. You are also a highly collaborative person and have strong communication skills.
Core Requirements:
Min. 2 years relevant experience within a large multi-national company (preferably Pharma sector), or consulting firm with a special focus on analyzing big data sets and converting them into actionable insights.Advanced level of Excel and knowledge of Visual Basic programming with capabilities to create Macros that can optimize large files and automate calculations. Nice to have Requirements:
Knowledge of Business Intelligence Tools (preferably Power BI) - strongly preferable Strategic thinking capabilities with the ability to synthesize large amounts of information and logically structure PowerPoint deliverables.Collaborative – must be able to navigate and manage the needs of multiple stakeholders and take guidance and direction from CMI peers and Senior Leadership.
