  DaVita's Compliance team, "Team Quest" identifies, develops, andimplements strategies to mitigate risk in a quickly evolving healthcareregulatory landscape. As an Analyst, you will join a team of highlymotivated individuals and will be a key player in enhancing complianceoversigh

  This position supports the Compliance Manager in monitoring Referral Sourceagreements. Duties will include supporting the day-to-day monitoring functionsof the Compliance team as well as one-off projects requiring data analysis,auditing and review, report development, and policy maintenance. Theindividual is also expected to improve existing processes, lead analyses,develop relationships with internal stakeholders, and providecross-functional recommendations to support teams.

  Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Perform and lead a variety of recurring and non-recurring processes andprojects related to Compliance initiatives.Define and understand problems, collect and analyze data, performresearch, and evaluate alternatives to assist leadership in decision making.Support monitoring activities - including payment reconciliation andinvestigation, assisting with documentation and review of physicianperformance, and other contract performance activities.Complete qualitative and quantitative data analysis, communicate results ofanalysis.Communicate complex policies, procedures, and potential risk in an easilydigestible manner to a range of audiences with support from leadership.Motivate teammates and facilitate meetings.Perform data entry, data maintenance, and database management.Support Compliance Manager in addressing policy deficiencies through processcreation and improvement.Maintain effective relationships within Compliance and across multi-functionalgroups.Combine innovative thinking and the ability to question the status quo togenerate "outside the box" analytics and strategy.

  Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience required.Compliance and/or Healthcare industry experience preferred.Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel,PowerPoint, and Outlook required.Strong interpersonal and communication skills - both written and verbal.Ability to interact with all levels of teammates.Ability to deal with confidential information and/or issues using discretionand judgment.Travel required: 10%.
