Who we're looking for
Toyota Financial Services (TFS) Data & Analytics (DnA) team is looking for a highly motivated person to fill a role as a Control Design Analyst.
The primary responsibility of this role is to assist technical staff in the Data Management, Technology, and Information Security space with the analysis of risk and design of key controls to mitigate that risk across their systems, processes, and environments.
What you'll be doing
Identifying key risks across Applications, Systems and Micro Services.Identifying key risks across business processes owned by Data Management, Technology, and Information Security.Maintaining an inventory of key controls to mitigate identified risks.Maintaining a central repository of control evidence to support exam management.Assisting technical teams in the process of designing new controls.Assisting technical teams in the remediation of issues and exam findings related to the design of their controls and control evidence.Problem solving to drive innovation amidst uncertainty.
What you bring
Bachelor's degree OR equivalent professional work experience relevant to this positionAt least 3 years of experience in Governance, Control design or Audit / Exam ManagementAt least 3 years of experience in either Data Management, Technology, or Information Security disciplinesExperience working with Product support team and resolving and providing solutions.Highly proficient in project management principles and processes.Ability to bridge business and technical concepts.Experience working in an environment which requires high attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Added bonus if you have
Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Business with a focus on Risk Management or other closely related discipline.At least 3 years of experience in financial servicesExperience working in Archer (our system of record for control documentation)
