JOB SUMMARY
The Analyst, Compensation is the organizational subject matter expert for analyzing, assessing and auditing compensation programs and other Total Rewards initiatives as needed. Reporting to the VP, Total Rewards and in collaboration with other HR teams, this role will provide insights and manage all data aspects of the organization's compensation programs and systems.
CORE JOB DUTIES
Provide in depth analytics to Total Rewards and the HR Leadership team around the company's compensation programsIn conjunction with the VP, Total Rewards, create dashboards and tools for Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and Business Leadership to utilize in workforce planning and managementManage the Total Rewards systems, including but not limited to, the company's equity system and compensation planning toolsMaintain job descriptions and conduct market analysis on current and future roles as neededParticipate in communication strategy and respond to inquiries regarding the company's employee equity programAssist the Total Rewards team with audit methodologies of both compensation practices and benefits vendors ensuring compliance and accuracyPartner with other areas of the HR department and internal teams such as Accounting, Finance and Legal on as needed basis
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in business, economics or related field3 - 5+ years' experience in Compensation experience working with large data setsExperience with equity compensation a plusKnowledge of federal and state regulations including FLSA and various pay laws such as minimum wage and state reporting requirementsExcellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint and advanced Excel skillsProven track record of knowing your audience when fostering relationships and communicating to stakeholders at various levels
