  We're hiring a Client Consulting Analyst to lead client relationships with our advertiser, publisher, and TV clients in the CPG, OTC & Retail industries. The Analyst will work directly with these clients on household brand names, assisting with developing and delivering actionable media execution recommendations that are aligned with strategy and research objectives. In addition to working on challenging projects with a collaborative team, the Client Consulting organization represents the voice of the client within NCS to drive product quality and innovation within this fast-paced industry.

  RESPONSIBILITIES

  Interact with junior to mid-level advertising agency and media publisher partner clients for engagements across NCS' solution suiteExecute, analyze, and perform quality assurance checks on NCS data, enabling insights and recommendations to clientsIndependently manage and execute workflows within targeting, optimization, measurement & clean room processes, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of workSupport client needs in a timely and efficient manner demonstrating critical thinking and problem solving, and commitment to quality and excellent client serviceEngage cross-functionally with other internal NCS teams to deliver solutions to clients and/or proactively resolve client issues

  BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative or marketing fieldDetail-oriented, organized, and proactive in task-management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to a variety of internal and external stakeholdersAbility to thrive in a constantly evolving, agile environmentIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets and Microsoft PowerPoint and/or Google Slides

  PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  0-2 years experience in an insights and analytics or account management role0-2 years experience in the media advertising ecosystemExperience in executing multiple work streams across various stakeholders at once with the ability to prioritize assignments and deliver complex, high-quality projects on time

  Our comprehensive benefits package (including health & wellness plans, 401(k) retirement coupled with a NCS match, a generous paid time off policy, and if eligible, a discretionary incentive/bonus) is designed to be inclusive for all employees and families, and we take pride in ensuring that employees are rewarded holistically for the role they are doing and their performance.

  A reasonable estimate of salary range for a new employee to be offered this role would be between $65,000 - $75,000, which would be adjusted based on each employee's geographic location. The position of each employee within a compensation range at NCS is dependent on several individual circumstances, such as experience, training, certifications and other business requirements/needs.
