How will you make an impact:
Performs root cause analysis and troubleshoot on business systems, interfaces, configurations, etc., including testing and researching data integrity/accuracy.
Supports, investigates, and resolve technical issues reported by end users on assigned global applications.
Assesses business needs of assigned functional area; including but not limited to determining which business processes to re-engineer or automate.
Documents technical procedures and knowledge base articles.
Assist end users on general questions related to applications supported.
Documents clear and detailed information in tickets.
What you´ll need (Required):
Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, Information Technology or Business Administration (or equivalent/relevant fields).
Two or more years of experience in Application Support roles.
What else we look for (Preferred):
General knowledge of general business processes in the area of Manufacturing area.
Experience in supporting Windchill - PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), Quality and Lab software.
Experience working with ERP´s or CRM´s.
Experience in ticketing systems like ITSM, Service Now, etc.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic and highly matrixed environment with IT teams, remote development teams and partners.
