The ideal candidate in this role will have excellent written and/or verbal communication, analytical skills and demonstrate ability to think critically and operate somewhat autonomously.Business Analysts will be able to synthesize findings through root cause analysis and/or data analytics, knowledge from previous projects and relationships with business partners in order to recommend, facilitate and drive process improvements. Analysts will see the process through from start to finish in terms of gathering data, communicating with partners, implementation, and post-implementation plans.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Initiate and drive work streams of projects that directly impact the organization's overall health via improved Yield. This includes being able to create and maintain a robust project plan, set challenging goals and deadlines per executive asks, calculating impact to Yield, Bad Debt, and overall project ROI, and solution analysis. A Business Analyst will also participate and potentially lead project updates with executives and stakeholders, some of which may be high visibility to VPs and above.Proactively monitor team's book of business outcomes and findings through data analytics and/or trend analysis and root cause analysis. Take these findings and develop/pitch/initiate process improvements in the areas with the most significant impacts to the organization.Meet with project teams on an ongoing basis, facilitate project team next steps through data driven findings on a facilitator and/or (data) analytical support level.Meet with business partners regularly and impacted teams to maintain relationships with, and provide high level updates and results to on initiatives.Ad hoc data analytics and deep dive requests.Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferredMinimum of two (2) years' experience (will also consider new or recent graduates with experience working on projects in class while in school)Project Management Experience preferredProven ability to be successful in an autonomous work environmentIntermediate Proficiency in all Microsoft Office ApplicationsExperience with data analysis and/or process innovationStrong ability to create and/or communicate executive level materialsDemonstrated ability to conduct and interpret quantitative and qualitative analysesDemonstrative technical and/or statistical understanding (i.e. Netezza, PL/SQL, Tableau, Oracle, Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence, Python, SPSS, Statistical Modeling, etc.)At DaVita, we strive to be a community first and a company second.
