IRCD SRO provides a full spectrum of services ranging from research/ analysis on industries to proposal of strategic solutions.
Providing information on economy and industry trends in Asia & Oceania and discussing client’s business challenges and building specific strategies to solve them.
Responsible for providing administrative assistance to the department. Support with activities including, but not limited to, managing new & renewal of subscription, completing payment processes for claims, distributing published reports to various business units, and other all administrative matters.
Responsible for providing research assistance to the department including, but not limited to, collecting data and/or information and response to enquiries for various business units.
Job Responsibilities:
Work in partnership with colleagues in various departments to manage administrative works.
Work in partnership with various external parties including, but not limited to, travel agencies, hotels and vendors to resolve administration issues.
Work in partnership with various`s business units as well as overseas branches to provide first level of support on research enquiries, and escalate more complex enquiries to senior analysts and/or team leader
Provide administrative assistance to the department including, but not limited to:
Managing new & renewal of subscription as well as maintaining subscription list;
Completing payment processes for various claims such as books & subscriptions, business trip etc.;
Distributing published reports to various business units by email and posting them on internal system, as well as maintaining mailing list; and
Other all administrative matters such as preparation for business trip (air tickets and accommodation), office equipment management (quotation, purchase order and maintenance), applying visitor cards and stationery, preparation for business card, booking meeting room, printing out papers etc.
Provide research assistance to the department including, but not limited to, collecting necessary data and/or information and response to enquiries for various business units as well as overseas branches.
Manage processes, tasks and schedule in a self-directed manner.
Communicate smoothly in/out of IRCD SRO and contribute to teamwork.
Maintain good working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulations.
Adhere to all company policies as well as guidelines.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of administrative experience
Diploma qualified
Good communication skills to influence and support line of reasoning
Strong stakeholder management skills to deal with various and senior level stakeholders
Experience in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
