Job Description
We have a great opportunity for an Analyst, Actuary! The ideal candidateis responsible for leading the actuarial analysis of existing and newcommercial integrated kidney care programs. Specifically, this teammate willreview and model medical claims and membership data received from externalpartners. Duties also include applying predictive models, researching healthcare industry trends, and developing executive-level presentations.Essential Function:Complete program financial and membership reconciliations and monitordeveloping program experienceAnalyze drivers of program performance and communicate results to leadershipteam and internal stakeholdersApply actuarial underwriting principles to value-based contracting efforts,including baseline and trend calculationsCreate internal performance benchmarks and assist in actuarial process andcapability development.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in relevant fieldAt least one (1) year of relevant Actuarial ExperienceSuccessful completion of 2-4 SOA examinationsStrong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other applicationsAttention to detailExcellent oral and written communication skillsProven complex problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Salary/ Wage Range$75,200.00-$110,400.00 / year
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including acandidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and mayfall outside of the range shown.
