The Opportunity:
Lead the development, implementation and monitoring of the sales processes of the assigned functions according to the needs and strategy of the business and ensuring compliance with company policies. Be a sales advisor, avoiding sales risks and generating Value to our customers, delivering on time their requirements and expectations, an excellent execution, and looking for new altertanives to get an agile execution.
Responsibilities
Your Impact:
As Analista de Ventas your functions would consist of:
Ensure the consistency of the information in sales systems.Responsible for deploying and managing sales processes.Monitoring of the Work Flow Status of the requirements that are generated by the Sales Teams.Support in the resolution of internal and external problems, in accordance with the DR Regulations and Company Policies.Collaborate with multidisciplinary Human Resources teams (Learning, Total Rewards, Change Management, Talent Management, Talent Accquisition, HR Ops) in the deployment, management and improvement of people processes. Consolidate the monthly information of 3 Sales channel, invoice data (WHS) and support areas.Serve as PMO for Sales of specific mean Projects and Requirements.

Education
Bachelor's degree: Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Engineering etc.
Experience
+1 year in sales, GTM positions English advancedRecently Graduated PBI knowladge Office advanced
